Vincenzo Ranieri is the CEO of E-Distribuzione and the first President of the EU DSO Entity, the new European association for Distribution System Operators, since June 2021.
He previously served as the Head of Planning and Control for the Enel Group and the Global Infrastructure Networks Division. Vincenzo Ranieri has been the CEO of E-Distribuzione SpA since March 2018. Prior to this role, he served as the Head of Planning and Control for the Enel Group and its Global Infrastructure and Networks division. Having joined Enel in 2000, he has held various leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer for the Group's subsidiaries in Romania and Slovakia. Vincenzo holds a degree in Corporate Finance from LUISS-Guido Carli University in Rome. His extensive experience in the energy sector and financial
management positions him as a key leader in driving E-Distribuzione's strategic initiatives.
