With over 30 years of experience in the IT sector, both within and beyond Enel, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of various technological domains and business lines. My career has been marked by a continuous evolution, from working in diverse areas of IT to assuming different roles that bridge technology and people management. Since 2014, my focus has shifted towards the human aspect of technology. As the former Head of HR & Organization for Global Digital Solutions at Enel Group, I concentrated on aligning IT teams with the strategic goals of the organization, fostering talent development, and promoting a culture that drives innovation and adaptation to emerging technologies. In addition, I served as the head of ICT Procurement for Enel Group for two years, where I was responsible for managing procurement strategies. 

Currently, I hold the position of Head of Data Governance & Intelligence Delivery at Enel Global Services, a role that involves not only managing data governance strategies but also optimizing the allocation and effectiveness of data scientists, developers, and data experts across the organization.
