Market Design Manager, at ENTSO-E since 2012. He supports the TSOs association work in the field of market design, including design of capacity mechanisms, RES support schemes, and demand response. Contributed to the drafting of the Network Code for Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management as well as of the Forward Capacity Allocation Network Code. Prior to ENTSO-E he worked as a market advisor at Eurelectric for 4 years. He holds a MSc in Economics and a Master in Public Utilities from the University of Milan.
