He has a high school degree in chemistry, BSc in Aerospace and a MSc in Vehicle both from University of Pisa. Recently he got double degree in Global Executive Master Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and from Rotman University of Toronto.

Professionally speaking, he has worked in Ford Motor company in UK, in Nuovo Pignone (GE at that time) in Florence and in Rexel Group. In 2014 at the age of 30 he was hired to acquire a strategic industrial plant from ENEL on behalf of Tuscany Region and local municipalities and he is still the director there. The business focuses on full scale testing combustion systems of gas turbine. The connected markets are energy production, oil&gas, industry, aeronautical and navy. 

He believes in being empathic, putting people in charge with enough autonomy and he fights against bias.
