Elena Gallo got her Bachelor Degree in Energy Engineering in 2019 (Università degli Studi di Padova) and her Master Degree in Energy Engineering - Green Power System - in 2023 (Politecnico di Milano). Member of Order of Engineers of the Province of Milan, she has published two scientific articles related to Energy Community topics on IEEE. After 2,5 years' experience in ENGIE as innovation specialist, she joined Rina Consulting in early  2025 as Project Manager, working in the Innovation for Energy Smart Management & Climate Neutrality group. She is now leading several European R&D funded projects in the field of Energy Communities, Flexibility and Building Efficiency.
