Wanda Buk

Wanda Buk holds the title of attorney, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of ?ód?, as well as the Faculty of French Business Law at the Université de Poitiers. Ms. Wanda Buk graduated also Eexecutive MBA studies at Ko?mi?ski Executive Business School. She is also an alumnus of prestigious Leadership Academy for Poland programme organised by the Center for Leadership in cooperation with Harvard University.
In PGE, Ms. Wanda Buk is responsible for regulatory affairs both at the national and the EU-level. She took part in key discussions on the Fit for 55 package and REPowerEU, including the EU ETS revision and regulatory framework for district heating systems. In December 2022 Ms. Wanda Buk joined the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association (PKEE) and in March 2023 she has been appointed to the Board of Directors of EURELECTRIC.
Prior to joining PGE as Vice-President for Regulatory Affairs in September 2020, Ms. Wanda Buk has held position of the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Digital Affairs since July 2018.
