Terry Raddings
Terry is a Chartered, European Engineer (Eur.Ing) and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, he started his career in the British Navy in 1980 as a Marine Engineering Officer.' He joined European Gas Turbines in Lincoln UK in 1988 where he worked in Applications Engineering as a Senior Engineer, also obtaining an Honours degree in Integrated Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.' He became the Program Manager for the Aero-derivative Engine Group before leaving to join GE Power Systems in 1996 as a Field Applications Engineer in the UK. During over 26 years at GE, Terry has had many roles including Energy Solutions Manager, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Engineering Manager in sub-station automation. Field Application Engineering Manager for Europe and Sales Manager.' Terry has a wealth of experience, developing energy solutions from a life cycle perspective, including; OCGT, CCGT, IGCC and their application in the increasingly diverse, dynamic and de-carbonizing energy sector.
