BAYLAN was founded in 1992 as  the consequence of years' experience and knowledge in Izmir-TURKEY on an area of 50,000 m2 with its integrated facilities and very well experienced staff of 1.208 people holding a capacity of producing 7.000.000 domestic and industrial type water meters per year. In addition to this manufacturing plant BAYLAN has another manufacturing plant for manufacturing of Electricity (Energy) Metrers. Thsis plant is loacated on an area of 4.500 m2. BAYLAN has the capacity to manufacture 3.500.000 pcs Electricity meters. Company is the first and only one, who is holding the latest ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008 certificate from two separate associations in Turkey. We also have MID Approval (Patent and Design Approval), ISO4046, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certificates to uphold our perpetual quality.
